The conference is three days. The community is every other day. Circle is where the foxhole actually lives, a free Crew membership gets you in the door, and the Marketplace is where we hire foxhole friends first.

The MCC conference happens once a year, and it fills three full days in a room kept small on purpose. The rest of the year, the room stays open: MCC Connect meetups, paid workshops, and free virtual Coffee Chats inside the community.

Send The Debrief your video, audio, or writing. We route it where it belongs: the blog always, YouTube if the video holds up, the podcast if the audio does. At the conference, book a slot in the Creator Studio and make it on site.

The people who make MCC run are members who raised a hand. Work the event crew in Fort Worth, host an MCC Connect meetup as an ambassador, or moderate the community and keep it warm and honest.
