We're currently seeking dedicated volunteers in the following key areas:

Registration
Be the welcoming face of MCC! Help check in attendees, distribute badges and swag, and ensure everyone starts their experience on a high note. Ideal for those who love organizing and meeting new people.
Set-Up & Tear-Down
Help transform the venue before and after the event. From staging creative zones to breaking down booths, this behind-the-scenes team is the heartbeat of our operations. If you're efficient, hands-on, and don't mind a little heavy lifting, we need you!
Hospitality
Create a warm, supportive environment for speakers, attendees, and fellow volunteers. From guiding guests and answering questions to stepping in where needed, you'll help keep everything running smoothly. Great for friendly multitaskers who enjoy being helpful and staying in the know.
Operations
Support the live experience with Audio Visual, opening sequence creation, stage management, roving photo/video capture, volunteer coordination, and marketplace operations. Perfect if you enjoy being on the move and taking charge of the action.
