Things to Know
Frequently asked questions
Everything we are asked most often about MCC 2027, in one place.
General
- I'm just starting out. Is MCC for me?
MCC was built for every stage of the journey. First time creators learn beside eight figure founders here, and that mix is exactly what makes the room worth being in.
- What makes MCC different?
It's disabled veteran founded, owned, and operated, and built by actual creators for creators, a combination no other conference in this space can claim. The community came before the conference did, so the connection, camaraderie, and collaboration don't end when the event does. And in 2027, it takes over the historic Fort Worth Stockyards instead of another basic hotel ballroom.
- When and where is MCC 2027?
The main event runs Friday and Saturday, May 21 and 22, 2027 at Stockyards Station in Fort Worth, Texas.
Day Zero intensives extend the conference to Thursday, May 20, and every pass starts with a welcome event the night before its first day: the exclusive Meet & Greet Wednesday night for Day Zero attendees, and the Thursday night Welcome Social, open to all attendees.
Tickets & Registration
- Are meals included?
Yes. Coffee and hydration stay available all day, and lunch is served daily.
- Are there other ways to attend?
Yes. Military connected creators stationed overseas can join virtually with the free OCONUS Virtual Creator Pass, and the Spouse Companion pass brings your partner along at 50% off a second registration, verified with a DOD number.
- Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. If life gets in the way, you can donate your ticket to a scholarship recipient or transfer it to another attendee up to 7 days before the event. Email info@militarycreatorcon.com [info@militarycreatorcon.com--mailto link] and we'll process it, because transfers we haven't processed won't be honored at the door.
- Can I upgrade my pass later?
Anytime, based on availability. You pay the difference between what you originally paid and the current price of the pass you want.
- Do I have to be in the military to attend?
No. We serve active duty, veterans, military spouses and families, first responders and military supporters at every level and stage of the journey, across art, media, tech, entertainment, and entrepreneurship. If you create, or you support the people who do, you belong here.
- Do prices include taxes and fees?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay.
- Does my pass include the event app?
Yes. Every pass does.
- How do I use a promo code?
Enter it at checkout and the discount applies before you pay. Discounts don't stack, so a promo code and an affiliate discount can't be combined, one discount per order.
- Is anything happening Wednesday night?
Yes, and it's exclusive. Day Zero attendees open the weekend at the private, exclusive Meet & Greet Wednesday night, the evening before their intensives begin. On a Creator pass? Upgrade to Producer or All Access and your welcome moves up a night.
- Is there a scholarship?
Yes, and there's one for each of the three main passes. Scholarship awards are based on demonstrated need and impact potential, and only completed applications are reviewed.
- Is there an affiliate program?
Yes. Tickets bought through a creator's link come with 10 percent off. Be one of our Affiliate today.
- Still have a question?
Use the contact form at the bottom of any page, or email info@militarycreatorcon.com.
- What are the Day Zero Intensives?
Full day deep dive workshops on Thursday, May 20, before the main conference begins. Producer attendees choose between Trish Leto's UGC Intensive and the AI Intensive with Eric Gonzalez, while All Access includes Christopher Lochhead's Category Design Intensive. Seats are limited, so lock in your pick at registration.
- What if the pass or intensive I want sells out?
Join the waitlist. When a seat opens up, it goes to the first person ready to claim it.
- What's the difference between the passes?
Creator is the complete main conference, from Thursday night's Welcome Social through Saturday's Closing Night Party. Producer builds on it with your choice of a Day Zero Intensive and priority main stage seating, and All Access tops it off with Lochhead's Category Design Intensive anchoring your Day Zero.
- Will prices go up?
They will. Pass prices increase as availability decreases, so the earliest rate is always the best rate.
- Will sessions be recorded?
Yes. MCC captures the event through MCC Live, and complete session recordings land in The Vault afterward for unlimited 24/7 access. The Vault comes included with Producer and All Access, and Creator Level pass holders can add it as an upgrade.
Day Zero
- Can I add an intensive later?
Anytime, based on availability. You pay the difference between what you originally paid and the current price of the pass you want.
- How do I choose my intensive?
At registration . Seats are limited, so lock yours in early.
- What should I expect?
An all day, hands on deep dive with the instructor. These sessions sell out for a reason.
- Which intensive comes with my pass?
Producer attendees choose between the UGC and AI Intensives, and All Access includes Lochhead's Category Design Intensive. Your Day Zero opens with the private, exclusive Meet & Greet Wednesday night, and once your intensive wraps Thursday, you join every attendee at the Welcome Social and Speed Networking.

Some hotels also offer complimentary airport to hotel shuttle transportation, so check your hotel's listing on the Accommodations page.

Three stages, plus a variety of spaces, activations, and events throughout the weekend. Check the agenda, the event highlights, the venue map, and the local guide to see everything waiting for you.

Accommodations
- Do I have to book through CrewDogs?
No. Airbnb and VRBO are solid options too. We list CrewDogs and any negotiated hotels first because we like to book with our foxhole friends first and to give you options that fit several budgets.
- Is lodging included?
It isn't, but we've gathered the best options in one place . Book through CrewDogs, our official travel partner, or grab an MCC negotiated rate while supplies last or until the courtesy room block expires. Prefer Airbnb or VRBO? That works too.
- What is CrewDogs?
MCC's official travel partner, a booking platform built to connect hosts and the military community.
- When should I book?
Sooner beats later. Negotiated rooms go while supplies last, and Fort Worth fills up fast on spring weekends.
- Where should I stay?
Staying close to the venue costs more, so downtown Fort Worth is a smart, budget friendly alternative with direct Orange Line access. Pick what fits you best.
- Will I get a discounted rate?
At select hotels, yes. MCC negotiated rates are available while supplies last or until the courtesy room block expires, and every option is listed on this page.
- Will my hotel have a shuttle?
Some do. Each listing on this page notes whether a complimentary airport to hotel shuttle is available.
Speakers
- Do speakers pay their own way?
Yes. Speaking at MCC is a contribution, not a paid engagement, and our speakers stay for the whole weekend because they are villagers in the community, not above it.
- What formats do you accept?
Individual sessions, panels, and hands on workshops in 25 or 50 minute formats across three stages.
- What topics fit?
At the moment, our four tracks say it best: content creation and storytelling, military transition and career, technology and innovation, and community and leadership. What matters most is that every session delivers an actionable takeaway the audience can implement immediately, so everyone walks away with next steps, not just motivation.
- When will I hear back?
Applications are reviewed against an established set of criteria. Keep an eye on our socials for submission and acceptance notifications, and expect final selections around February, when notification emails go out.
